In Mike’s interview he claims that “Greatness starts by saying yes to an opportunity“.

He also says that “reading books and going to seminars doesn?t guarantee results“.

He’s right. You don?t have to get it right you just have to get it started.

The most powerful way to get going is to focus on doing, improving, testing and rolling-out your business.

I’ve used mentors myself during the whole of my business career. Some of them have been virtual and some real. All have helped make me who I am today and how my business operates.

So go out and get a mentor yourself. Yes, I’m a mentor – I work with with clients around the globe. But I’m not saying get me.

Decide yourself what you know you need help on.

Maybe you need support?

Maybe focus?

Maybe finishing?

Maybe marketing?

Maybe selling?

Maybe moving to the next level in your business?

Whatever it is write it down.

Then think of someone you know who is better than you at what you need.

Does this blog help anyone? The truthful answer is I don’t know. But that is almost not the point. I want to be able to come back to it myself and show my coachees the sites, information and how my thought process works. If it helps others – great, that would be nice.

But whatever! Don’t say, “Right. Ok. I will get started, after I’ve …” or “I will when I’m ready” or “yes but what about?”
