Do You Have This SYSTEM For Business Growth?

Coaches are two a penny aren’t they?

That’s why I like using a coaching system.  Firstly that differentiates me because I can help develop great business processes for marketing, sales, recruitment, time management and many other strategies and tactics and base them on the package they’ve bought to help them.

Secondly I expand on the package with my SYSTEM.

What’s The SYSTEM

I’m glad you asked!

I’ve adapted an acronym I found elsewhere and so for me SYSTEM means “Save Your Sales, Time, Emotion and Money. So what does that mean?

Sales

Your coaching focus is on getting more sales using a wide variety of marketing and sales tactics. Including identifying your “FBI Most Wanted” list, recruiting the best sales people, getting through gatekeepers and producing fantastic presentations and proposals.

So you save sales by not working out the re-invention of workable marketing and sales tactics.

Time

You invest small amounts of Time with coaching and workshops to investigate and implement more effective ways of operating your whole business.

Then using the power of leverage through other people’s time to make your business more effective.

By making better use of your processes and procedures you’re making better and more productive use of the time you’ve got.

Emotion

You use the coach and whole coaching process as a sounding board and test bed for ideas and thoughts about the business.

Helping to reduce the entreprenurial anxiety and maintain the enthusiasm as change is made.

To share the joy when ideas go like clockwork and to be there when plans go wrong. Because as you know plans are not predictions.

Remember without change a business is simply standing still.

Saving and savouring your success is important to morale and motivation and so to your sales too.

Money

Helping you to give your customers massive value and still make deserved good profits enabling you to increase your value to your customers and employees in a virtuous circle.

Investing money into making your operation work better, more effectively and with better value to your customer increases customer satisfaction.

Increased satisfaction creates customers who spread the word about you.
