Over the years I’ve discovered a very interesting thing in the businesses I coach.
There are some that I work with that can double their growth and others which don’t have a hope of ever reaching anything like 100% growth in a year.
And believe me I’ve tried to help those companies that don’t have a hope. And we do get them some growth, usually something above 30% growth. But it’s never as much as some other companies.
Because I like to know the nuts and bolts of a business I finally discovered the key elements that make a company grow that were common to those that doubled their business growth.
I wrote those elements up into my own business growth bible which I now use to help my client companies grow. It also means I can immediately see whether it’s worth the company investing in my coaching to grow.
And if I can see any of those elements aren’t there and can’t be introduced into the company I walk away from that client, so saving their money and my time.
