Since doing a major chunk of psychology in a Management Sciences degree I&#039;ve been a massive fan of psychometric testing. However, it just wouldn&#039;t be as entertaining as the whole Apprentice approach is. 

Also I always recommend my clients use psychometric testing (a particular one) when they&#039;re about to recruit a sales person so I also practise what I preach!
